The most recent home sales in the McLean Hamlet have reached new levels. The sale of 1319 Macbeth Street closed for $1,297,000, and the off-market sale of 1322 Macbeth closed for $1,351,290 on December 10. These two home sales, along with the sale of 8027 Falstaff Road for $1,053,500 put a very strong end to the 2019 market.
Inventory remains low at this time and buyer interest is high based on attendance at open houses through the first few weekends of 2020. I have already spoken with two real estate agents this week with buyers interested in purchasing in the McLean Hamlet.
