Two homes sold last week in the McLean Hamlet. The home at 7727 Desdemona Court sold for $1,225,000. The home at 7719 Falstaff Court sold for $1,185,000.
7719 Falstaff Court was listed for 7 days before receiving a contract at full list price. 7727 Desdemona Court was listed for $1,269,000 originally, and reduced to $1,249,000 at the time it received a contract after 21 days on the market. Both homes were listed for sale by Fass Results.
The contract fell through on 8107 Falstaff Road, making it the only home actively listed for sale in the McLean Hamlet entering Memorial Day weekend. The home is listed for $895,000, and features a two car garage, five bedrooms and three full baths, on a corner lot near Spring Hill Elementary.
